Naoki Kanamaru

Naoki Kanamaru is a barista and bartender working at No. in Tokyo. He began working with coffee and cocktails as a student and later also gained experience as a copywriter. Since becoming independent, he has continued working in both coffee and cocktails, creating alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks inspired by artworks. In 2025, he was selected as a Japan finalist in Woodford Reserve’s A SPECTACULAR DISCOVERY cocktail competition.
