Futo Inomoto

After discovering a passion for coffee in his hometown of Kyushu, he moved to Tokyo and began working as a freelance barista alongside his career as an engineer. He has provided coffee and food & beverage services in a variety of spaces and has also been involved in café supervision and direction. In 2026, he launched the coffee project “patch coffee works,” focusing on coffee roasting and café direction.
