Product Designer

Yasuhiro was born in Chiba, Japan, in 1989. He graduated from Tama Art University in 2011 and completed his Master’s degree at the Royal College of Art (RCA) in London in 2014. After returning to Japan, he gained diverse experience across disciplines, working at ISSEY MIYAKE, Jun Mitsui & Associates Architects, and Pelli Clarke & Partners Japan. In 2024, he founded and became CEO of Super You Design Inc., where he leads projects that span architecture, product design, and creative direction.
In 2025, he began teaching as a part-time lecturer at Tama Art University. Yasuhiro’s design philosophy is rooted in a deep investigation of material characteristics. He is committed to exploring the inherent properties of each material and using them to their fullest potential in design. His work aims to harmonize aesthetics and function through a precise understanding of texture, structure, and form.

With a multidisciplinary background, Yasuhiro continues to pursue new expressions that cross boundaries, creating designs that reveal the hidden beauty and possibilities of materials in contemporary contexts.
