Born in 1999. studied photography at Tokyo Polytechnic University and has worked with EUGENE STUDIO and SHISEIDO CREATIVE.
Through the medium of photography, Yazawa reconstructs the invisible memories, temporalities, and contexts embedded within landscapes and materials. Drawing on traces preserved in geology, oral traditions, and the environment, she reveals undocumented histories, memories carried by place, and the latent relationships that continue to shape them.
