SHOKKI is a studio that makes ceramic pieces by hand, from tableware and vases to sculptural objects. Since its launch in 2013, it has embraced the individual shapes and character of each piece, treating the marks and irregularities of hand-building as part of the work. Its collections develop around seasonal themes, while its wider activities include exhibitions in Japan and abroad, collaborations with other creators, and pottery workshops.
