Born to Japanese and Vietnamese heritage, she draws on her background as a food researcher to work across business, local communities, research, and art, exploring the creativity that emerges in the spaces between people, nature, and place.
Her work focuses on the relationship between Japanese food culture and the ecosystems that sustain it. She translates tariki—the interwoven forces of people and nature—into experiences, creating spaces and projects where dialogue and co-creation can naturally emerge.
